Service Description
Permanent eyeliner at one time was not a pleasant experience due to the lack of numbing strength in anesthetics, but times have changed and the creams are much stronger and last longer. You may get ink in your eye, but it won't hurt you or sting and it will be completely washed out before you leave the salon. This procedure also lasts a very long time; 3-5 years!!
